Team Members
Wilson Tan
Over two decades, Wilson has been a global business leader across industries. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth Singapore, a nonprofit mobilizing wealth owners and wealth managers to impact investing with science-based knowledge.
His unique experiences from alternate assets, to industrial, and to marketing communication showcase agility, broad thinking, and an embrace of diverse experiences and perspectives to thrive. Wilson led large-scale corporate development, launched a nonprofit in Singapore supported by MAS, and advocates global peacemaking with a Chicago-based organization. His multi-lateral experiences and broad network across domains enable him to build sustainable businesses in a changing world.
Wilson holds an executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with an interest in International Finance, Strategic Marketing & Brand Management, and Strategies for Growth.
He is based in Singapore and has lived and worked in the U.S. and China.

Ridzki Kramadibrata
Ridzki Kramadibrata is currently the Commissioner for Grab Indonesia and is actively involved as an Advisory Board Member at the Legatum Center, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT),Boston, USA.
With over 30 years of experience in multinational corporations, Ridzki has held key positions such as Managing Director and President at Grab Indonesia before taking on his current role as Commissioner. Prior to his time at Grab, he served as the Regional Director for AirAsia Group and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AirAsia Indonesia.
Ridzki’s career had been predominantly in the telecommunications sector, including a five-year stint at MCI Communications in the United States and a position as Executive Vice President of Marketing, Product, and CRM at Bakrie Telecom.
Tony Halim
Tony is the President Commissioner of two manufacturing companies. With over 30 years of experience of entrepreneurship in manufacturing, he is well versed in manufacturing technology, business strategy, marketing, and finance.
